These Terms and Conditions govern your use of luxerifrt's luxury car rental services. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the vehicle rental services provided by luxerifrt.
• "User" or "You" refers to the person or entity renting a vehicle.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to luxerifrt.
• "Vehicle" refers to any car provided under a rental agreement.
• "Rental Period" refers to the agreed duration from vehicle delivery to return.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By reserving a vehicle, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You hold a valid driver's license recognized in Singapore
• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions

3. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from luxerifrt, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a valid Singapore driver's license or recognized international driving permit
• Provide a valid form of identification (passport or NRIC)
• Provide a valid payment method (credit or debit card)
• Meet any additional requirements specified for particular vehicle categories

4. Reservations and Bookings

4.1 Reservation Process

Reservations can be made through our website, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend reserving at least 48-72 hours in advance, depending on the package selected.

4.2 Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email containing rental details, pricing, and pick-up arrangements. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your booking.

4.3 Modifications

Modifications to confirmed reservations can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time without charge. Changes within 24 hours may incur coordination fees depending on availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Rental Fees

Rental fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include:

• Vehicle rental for the specified period
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Door-to-door delivery within Singapore
• 24-hour roadside support
• Package-specific inclusions as stated in your confirmation

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. A security deposit may be held on your card and released upon vehicle return in satisfactory condition.

5.3 Additional Charges

You may incur additional charges for:

• Late returns beyond agreed rental period
• Fuel replacement if vehicle is not returned with equivalent fuel level
• Traffic violations or parking fines incurred during rental
• Damage to vehicle not covered by insurance
• Excessive cleaning required due to vehicle misuse

6. Vehicle Delivery and Return

6.1 Delivery

Vehicles are delivered to your specified location within Singapore at the agreed time. You must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any existing damage or issues immediately.

6.2 Return

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges. Upon return, we will inspect the vehicle and document its condition.

6.3 Early Returns

Early returns do not result in refunds unless specifically agreed in advance for multi-day rentals.

7. Vehicle Use and Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes within Singapore
• Not exceed posted speed limits or drive recklessly
• Not operate the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Not use the vehicle for commercial transport services (e.g., ride-hailing)
• Not modify or alter the vehicle in any way
• Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and refrain from smoking inside

8. Insurance Coverage

All rentals include comprehensive insurance covering:

• Third-party liability
• Collision damage
• Theft protection

Coverage is subject to the terms of our insurance policy. You remain liable for damage resulting from violations of these Terms or gross negligence.

9. Liability and Damages

9.1 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period
• Loss of keys or vehicle documents
• Traffic violations and parking fines
• Fuel costs and toll charges

9.2 Our Liability

luxerifrt's liability is limited to the value of the rental period. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of income or business opportunities
• Personal property left in vehicles
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Cancellation and Refunds

10.1 Cancellation by You

• More than 48 hours before delivery: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before delivery: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund

10.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to vehicle unavailability, safety concerns, or force majeure. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or alternative vehicle option.

11. Accidents and Breakdowns

In the event of an accident or breakdown:

• Contact our 24-hour support line immediately
• Do not admit fault or liability at the accident scene
• Obtain contact and insurance information from other parties
• File a police report if required by Singapore law
• Cooperate with our roadside assistance providers

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of luxerifrt and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

14.2 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Most concerns can be addressed through direct communication with our team.

15. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure circumstances.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific rental agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and luxerifrt regarding the rental services.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
